Experts of the Union Pediatricians Russia have developed modern guidelines on management children with acute respiratory viral infection. The term “acute infection” (ARVI) combines following nosological forms: nasopharyngitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, tracheitis, laryngopharyngitis, upper respiration tract infection (unspecified). issues epidemiology, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention been considered in detail.
